The Urban Flat in Paris team provides you with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and soap.

Our fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 7 people for a comfortable Parisian stay on the incredible Champs-Élysées avenue.

You will find wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric heating, Television.

From the moment you enter the premises, you will be seduced by the youth and modernity of our apartment, so Rock yet so comfortable at the same time: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!

Thanks to our smart TVs, you will love finding your favorite Netflix series or gathering around the dining room table to discuss the day's or tomorrow's projects.

Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all household linens.

In the American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle., that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.

Tourists and Parisians stroll at all hours of the day and night, summer and winter, on this emblematic stretch of almost 2 kilometers, between Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe.

Symbol of Paris, just like the Eiffel Tower, it is packed with restaurants, luxury brands, various shops, and clubs. It serves as a backdrop each year for the biggest popular events: July 14th parade, arrival of the Tour de France, Christmas illuminations, etc...

We offer you access to our Urban flat gym in Paris, located at 5 rue du Ponceau 75002 and open every day from 9am to 6pm, for 20 euros for 2 hours.

To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du Caire 75002, to reserve your time slot in advance.

Your reservation is protected. In case of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
